About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting fund accounting across complex private equity fund structures, managing quarterly closes, reconciliations, capital calls, and distributions. This role also involves assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements, audit coordination, and partnering with both internal teams and external fund administrators on reporting and operations. The VP of Finance will be expected to contribute to technical accounting analysis, process improvement initiatives, and support accounting and tax-related workstreams across the platform. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a CPA and a minimum of 10 years' of private equity accounting experience, with a strong preference for a mix of public accounting and private equity experience, particularly from a Big 4 background. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in fund closes, audits, financial reporting, and investor activity, as well as strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
