Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour.

Maximum Salary: $24.00 per hour.

Summary

Primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound dock scheduling and any scheduling changes for all managed Liberty freight. This includes communicating with carriers, transportation planners, facilities, and leadership. while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include processing accessorial requests, revising dock capacity to align with business needs
• monitoring carrier activity in BluJay and ensuring carrier payment by Liberty
• The scheduler will interface with carriers via e-mail and phone calls and be involved with facility decisions regarding dock scheduling and dock capacity
• The scheduler will also be involved in any process changes regarding BluJay as well as expansions of the process
• bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• SAP work experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Accurate data entry. - Strong organizational skills
