AR Support Analyst

Job Title: AR Support Analyst Location: Newport Beach, CA Pay Rate: $27 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM- 5 PM Type: Contract to hire The Client Billing department is a team of dedicated revenue professionals specializing in three key areas: Billing, Reporting, and Cash Applications. This dynamic department ensures the accurate calculation, invoicing, and collection of separate account revenue across all entities. Key Responsibilities Manage department's inbox, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with stakeholders. Distribute invoices via email, mail, payment portals, and fax. Provide administrative support for billing functions, including data entry and workflow management. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing expense reporting. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and support audits. Maintain and reconcile client billing data. Recommend process improvements to streamline operations. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in corporate support or accounts receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat (AI experience a plus). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
