Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Licensed Mortgage Lender located in Charlotte, NC, with opportunities to work from home. The Licensed Mortgage Lender will be responsible for originating loans, consulting with clients, matching borrowers with suitable financial solutions, and managing the end‑to‑end mortgage lending process. Day‑to‑day tasks include assessing client needs, analyzing financial data, providing debt consolidation options, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Comprehensive experience in Mortgage Lending, Mortgages, and Loan Origination Knowledge and expertise in Loans and Debt Consolidation strategies Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management Ability to assess and analyze financial documents with attention to detail Familiarity with compliance regulations within the mortgage and lending industry Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license for the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one Proven sales or customer service experience is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Citywide Home Mortgage
