Technical Support Engineer

Tired of tickets that go nowhere? This isn't a "reboot it and hope" support role — it's a seat at the table where end-user experience meets enterprise infrastructure, on a team that automates the boring stuff so you can focus on solving the interesting problems. What you'll actually be doing: You'll be the go-to for keeping people up and running — desktops, laptops, mobile devices, whether they're at a desk or working from home. But this role goes beyond break-fix: you'll deploy and maintain desktop applications, support telephony and conference room tech, and own the hardware/software inventory that keeps everything organized. You'll also get to flex your scripting muscle — building PowerShell automation for the repeatable stuff, so your team spends less time on tickets and more time on projects that move the needle. You'll thrive here if you have: 3+ years supporting end users in a Microsoft-first environment Real hands-on experience with Azure, M365, Azure AD/AD, Windows 10/11, DHCP, DNS, and Intune A scripting mindset — PowerShell experience is a MUST Comfort working within change control and documentation processes (you like doing things the right way, not just the fast way) Strong communication skills — you can explain technical issues to non-technical people without making them feel dumb Bonus points: experience in a finance or trading environment, where uptime isn't optional Why this role is different: This is a place where infrastructure and desktop support actually talk to each other.
