Project Manager/Estimator

A design and build pre-engineered buildings and retrofit construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manage r to manage projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and DMV region

• Projects include renovations, additions, and new construction for warehouses, offices, educational facilities, marine facilities, and pre-engineered metal buildings. The position combines office-based project administration with regular jobsite involvement and responsibility for projects from preconstruction through final closeout

Required Qualificatio nsAt least five years of construction project management experience or experience in a comparable rol e.Experience managing commercial construction projects, subcontractors, and project financial s.Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract document s.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skill s.Ability to independently manage projects while collaborating with other Project Manager s.Proficiency with project management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Exce l.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job site s.Legal authorization to work in the United State s. Preferred Qualificati onsExperience with pre-engineered metal building syste ms.Experience with federal construction contrac ts.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related fie ld.Experience with Procore, Sage 100 Contractor, and Bluebe am.OSHA 30 certificati on.
