Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications for inpatient care.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical treatments.
• Maintain detailed records and provide medication counseling as needed.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to support pharmacy operations (experience preferred).

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Texas pharmacist license.
• Texas IV certification.
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to work night shifts in a hospital environment.
