With offices in Cleveland, Fairlawn, Florida, and Lakewood, NJ, we support businesses across a wide range of sectors. Our Client Advisory Services (CAS) team delivers strategic insights and operational support to help clients optimize financial performance and achieve long-term success. Position Overview We are seeking a CAS Manager to lead client engagements, oversee accounting functions, and drive business development efforts. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the firm’s growth. What You’ll Do Manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery. Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. Mentor and develop staff. Identify and implement solutions to client needs. Contribute to business development and firm growth. Qualifications CPA required. 6+ years of accounting or advisory experience.
