Salesforce Agentforce PM

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce initiatives. The role requires strong Salesforce delivery management experience, stakeholder coordination, Agile project execution, and an understanding of AI-powered service, sales, and workflow automation use cases.

The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, data teams, AI specialists, product owners, and change management teams to ensure successful delivery of Agentforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Agentforce projects across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Track project progress, budget, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Establish governance forums, status reporting cadence, RAID logs, and escalation mechanisms.
• Ensure delivery adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.

Salesforce Agentforce Implementation

• Coordinate implementation of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce clouds.
• Work with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into delivery plans.
• Support use case discovery for AI agents, autonomous workflows, customer service automation, sales assistance, knowledge retrieval, and task automation.
• Oversee integration planning with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data, knowledge bases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, compliance, and data governance considerations are embedded into delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce delivery teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates.
• Manage expectations across business, technology, and leadership teams.
• Ensure clear communication of risks, issues, decisions, and project outcomes.
