This well-established ENT and Hearing Care practice in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join their growing team. This respected group has been serving the community for over 30 years and has earned a stellar reputation for patient care and clinical excellence — consistently rated among the highest in the region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Audiologist who enjoys both advanced diagnostics and amplification in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:  

• Collaborative team of 2–3 audiologists within a reputable ENT practice.  
• Primarily adult population (approximately 5% pediatrics).  
• Best Practices-focused — no sales quotas, no high-pressure environment.  
• Access to a full portfolio of hearing aid manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and counsel patients while providing top-quality audiologic care.  
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, cochlear implant assessments, and balance testing (VNG, C-VEMP).
• Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, verifications, and follow-ups.  
• Collaborate with physicians and other audiologists in a team-centered care model.  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
