Lead the UBC Future: Member Engagement Conference 2025

Members, Are you ready to help shape the future of our Union? The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC) is hosting the UBC International Member Engagement Conference at the International Training Center in Las Vegas from October 5–7, 2025 . This year’s theme, “The Power of Us: Rise. Restore. Inspire.” , reflects the collective strength of our Union, the resilience we bring to our work, and the inspiration we gain from one another. The conference will focus on enhancing recruitment and retention strategies , especially through supporting new and emerging members and growing Member Engagement Committees at all levels. We are now accepting applications from members interested in attending as conference delegates . We are looking to build a diverse, motivated group of participants, with a mix of experience, perspectives, and leadership potential. Recommended experience and preferred qualifications Active chairs or members of Local committees Emerging leaders in the field, even if not currently serving on a committee Active volunteers in Local or Council-level initiatives Graduates of UBC/ITC leadership programs Current Local union officers or delegates Apprentices or journeypersons eager to get more involved in union activities If you are unsure whether you qualify, we still encourage you to apply.
