Le Moyne College is an equal opportunity employer and encourages women, persons of color, and Jesuits to apply for employment.Position SummaryThe Multimedia Content Creator supports marketing objectives by creating multimedia content that captures audiences’ interests, applying technical and creative storytelling skills, and shepherding content creation projects from start to finish. While the primary purpose is development and production of video content, it is also requires a combination of technical knowledge; a working knowledge of graphic communication including video and audio production, multimedia editing, photography skills; the ability to create storytelling scripts and captions; and an understanding of how multimedia is created and formatted for use on social media and websites. This position requires a dynamic, professional, energetic, creative, highly detailed and organized individual who can balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Principal Duties and Essential FunctionsJob duties specific to this position:Ideation, planning, scheduling, organizing, and producing content for a variety of platforms, utilizing best practices and techniques.Overseeing production needs, including recording content and setting up lighting and audio engineering; ability to move equipment.Video editing, color correcting, green screening, animations.
