The role involves managing super high-acuity and critically ill neonates, including infants requiring advanced respiratory support and therapeutic cooling. Job Details Position Description: NICU Registered Nurse (RN) Level III. Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), 4 years of NICU experience, familiarity with therapeutic cooling and high-acuity neonatal care. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Provide direct nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically complex neonates. Manage high-acuity patients requiring advanced respiratory and hemodynamic support. Monitor and manage invasive devices, administer medications, recognize deterioration, and participate in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and support families throughout hospitalization. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
