Description Princeton Properties, a premier New England-based Property Management firm, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our Princeton Crossing property in Salem, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with multifamily apartment‑home maintenance skills and experience. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. Whether you’re just starting or have a few years of maintenance experience, this is an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes. Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (training provided). Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on‑call schedule. Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning. Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed. Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms). Qualifications Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands‑on environment. Some maintenance experience is great (apartment or general repair) but not required – training will be provided. Possesses a basic set of hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks such as bending, reaching, crawling, etc. Willingness to be on‑call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule). Preferred candidate lives in the greater North Andover area and must pass a pre‑employment background screening.
