- Lead the monthly close, reconciliations, and preparation of accurate, timely financial statements for multiple entities.
- Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations across several legal entities.
- Maintain and enhance advanced Excel allocation models for shared services.
- Manage and optimize AP/AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger processes; oversee partner bill-pay workflow.
- Build, document, and improve accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience in a multi-entity healthcare shared-services environment.
- Expert in QuickBooks and advanced Excel
- Proven strength in intercompany accounting, allocations, and multi-entity consolidations.
- Hands-on, transactional mindset with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Base salary target: $110,000-$165,000 plus annual bonus - depending on location and skills.
