Clinical Education Coordinator

Role The Clinical Educator ensures patient-centered care and optimal outcomes through leadership, coaching, consultation, education, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments Employ evidence-based educational methods Promote evidence-based practice as a change agent Provide expert guidance to staff Manage orientation and competency validation Participate in quality initiatives Conduct multidisciplinary rounds Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred. Requires RN license in Florida. Experience BSN with 5 years of clinical education experience or MSN with 3 years. Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and program development skills are preferred. Reporting & Supervision Reports to RN/Executive Director of Clinical Practice; supervises none. #J-18808-Ljbffr
