Managing a portfolio of customer onboardings, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will guide clients through the successful implementation of the platform, third-party integrations, and AI capabilities while ensuring clear communication and timelines throughout the process. Key responsibilities Project manage customer onboarding to drive successful outcomes and maintain client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage expectations, track project progress, and ensure timely rollouts Utilize AI tools to streamline project tracking and documentation, enhancing the efficiency of the implementation process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a professional services environment Strong understanding of technology, including experience with RESTful APIs and marketing platforms Curiosity about AI and its applications in marketing technology Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures
