Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for emergency department travel assignments. The role involves providing high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. Responsibilities: Triage and assess patients to determine priority and expedite treatment. Administer emergency interventions such as RSI, stroke protocols, and sepsis management. Perform procedures including central line placement and patient transfers under EMTALA guidelines. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care. Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system. Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards. Qualifications: Hold a valid registered nurse license and active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Complete 2-3 travel assignments and have 2-3 years of ER experience. Demonstrate experience working in high-acuity, high-volume ERs with patient ratios of 4-6:1. Possess excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Preferred certifications include TNCC, ENPC, NRP, and NIH. Able to work 13-week shifts starting September 14, 2026, with weekend availability.
