Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Thoracic Surgery

SSM Health St. Marys Hospital - St. Louis is seeking a full-time  Thoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. Practice alongside three Thoracic surgeons and three RN Navigators in a well-established setting that offers autonomy, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Surgical APP practice experience sought; if you are a new or recent graduate with surgical clinicals or rotations, please inquire
• Masters degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Missouri NP/APRN or PA licensure/certification

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday schedule.
• Clinical responsibilities seeing follow-up and post-op patients at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital
• Hospital rounding on post-op patients and clinical prep at both SSM Health St. Marys Hospital and SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital
• Ability to have a well-rounded practice with excellent collaboration with physician/surgeons and amazing nursing staff
• No nights or weekends
• Strong onboarding and physician mentorship
