The Senior HR Generalist will support Our Client’s humanresources functions with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. This role will lead recruiting efforts and also support employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR administration. Requirements Responsibilities Leadfull-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention support (approximately 50% of the role). Partnerwith hiring managers and business leaders to identify staffing needs anddevelop recruiting strategies across multiple departments and operationalteams. Developan understanding of departmental operations and hiring priorities toidentify and attract qualified candidates. Managemultiple recruiting priorities and ensure positions are filled withinestablished hiring timelines. Supportrecruitment across operations, supply chain, corporate, retail, andsupport functions. Buildand maintain talent pipelines for corporate and field positions. Developand implement recruiting initiatives to attract talent. Managerelationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, colleges, andcommunity partners. Coordinateand participate in job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns. Trackrecruiting metrics and provide hiring updates and reports to leadership. Assistwith onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee integration. Serveas a resource for employees and managers on company policies, workplaceconcerns, and HR-related inquiries. Promotepositive employee relations, communication, engagement, and workplacesafety. Supportemployee disciplinary actions, investigations, and documentation asneeded. Maintainemployee records and update HRIS (G-HR) system. Supportthe performance review process and assist with HR reporting, audits, andadministrative tasks. Ensurecompliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws andregulations, with focus on New Jersey and New York requirements. SupportHR policy implementation and maintain HR documentation and records. Assistemployees with basic benefits inquiries and enrollment support. Supportannual open enrollment and employee benefit communications. Coordinatewith benefit vendors and HR team regarding employee benefitadministration. Qualifications Minimumof 5 years of progressive HR experience, including significant recruitmentand talent acquisition responsibilities. Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(preferred). Experiencemanaging full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee integrationprocesses (required). Strongexperience recruiting for a wide range of positions across variousfunctions (required). Previousexperience with HRIS systems (required). Experience with ADP Workforce Now(preferred). Franchise,Food & Beverage, or multi-location industry experience (preferred). Basicknowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and leave laws,particularly in New Jersey and New York. Basicknowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA), FMLA, Workers’ Compensationadministration, and HR operations. Strongcommunication, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
