Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources available for support.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing interventions from evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed therapies.

• Design and oversee personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals, and employing targeted interventions to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant professionals to facilitate cohesive and effective care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that encourage community building and shared experiences among clients.

• Conduct crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary, ensuring clients' emotional and physical security.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
