Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create tailored therapy strategies that meet individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health by participating in ongoing professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective rapport with a wide array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience, with adjustments based on caseload availability.
