Supervisor - Casino Games

Description

• Supervise daily operations of both Table Games and Slot Departments to ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations.
• Enforce all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Monitor gaming floor activity to protect company assets and ensure game integrity.
• Authorize table openings/closures, fills, credits, jackpot payouts, and resolve variances.
• Investigate and document guest disputes, operational discrepancies, and incident reports.
• Ensure proper execution of Title 31 / AML procedures and suspicious activity reporting.
• Maintain visible leadership presence on the gaming floor to ensure high guest service standards.
• Coordinate with Surveillance, Security, Cage, and Count Room for operational and regulatory matters.
• Assist in scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate floor coverage.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations.
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.
