JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Contract Analyst II to join the team at a large oil & gas company here in Houston, Texas. The Contract Administrator provides operational and administrative support for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contract management standards. This role is responsible for reviewing and maintaining contract records, vendor information, pricing structures, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include supporting contract cleanup initiatives, preparing and managing contract amendments, assisting with the review and update of internal procedure guides, and contributing to special projects as needed. The position generates and analyzes reports related to vendor management, purchase requisitions, contract spend, and supplier performance while maintaining accurate electronic and hardcopy records. Additionally, the Contract Administrator supports post-award contract administration activities, ensures contract documents are properly uploaded and organized, and provides current contract documentation and approved legal forms to internal stakeholders as required.
