POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Chef is the senior culinary leader at Pinewild Country Club, responsible for overseeing all food operations, culinary programming, and kitchen leadership across dining outlets, events, and Member experiences. This role balances creativity with operational excellence, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, sanitation, and financial performance while leading a collaborative, high-performing kitchen team.
As Pinewild continues to evolve, the Executive Chef plays a key role in growing and maintaining Member satisfaction, supporting Club events and programming, and partnering with Leadership to build a strong culinary foundation for future growth. As part of IE Homes Clubs & Resorts, the Executive Chef will play a vital role in our overall success.

Founded in 1989, Pinewild Country Club of Pinehurst is a 2,040-acre gated private club community in Pinehurst, North Carolina, featuring more than 900 homes, 48 holes of golf, racquet sports, fitness, aquatics, and an active social lifestyle. Located just one mile from the Village of Pinehurst, the Club is undergoing a transformative period that includes a $20 million clubhouse renovation, the development of Azalea Place, a new luxury neighborhood, and a renewed commitment to elevating every aspect of the Member experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
