Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled care in Medical-Surgical telemetry units and Step Down Units. This role involves floating across various units, ensuring quality patient care during overnight shifts. The candidate must be adaptable and committed to maintaining clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information and clinical activities thoroughly.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to families.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical and telemetry units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to floating across multiple units.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
