Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and account support skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced office and operational environment. Frequent computer use, phone communication, and data entry throughout the workday. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Occasional travel to customer sites, job sites, or company locations as required. Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, or project environments when needed. Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, maintenance needs, scheduling, and project updates. Coordinate installation schedules, service appointments, and project timelines from inception through completion. Manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, materials procurement, and equipment coordination. Utilize business software and reporting systems for scheduling, project tracking, purchasing, and operational oversight. Assign workforce resources and manage daily operational activities to ensure service excellence. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members while promoting a positive and productive work environment. Resolve customer concerns, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges in a timely manner. Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability, and key performance indicators. Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and operational performance.
