Based near Jacksonville, FL, this full-time, on-site contract opportunity welcomes dedicated travel professionals with a passion for personalized instruction and student success.
What you'll bring:
Active Florida Special Education Teaching Certification (required for interview consideration)
Experience providing individualized support in educational settings, particularly working 1:1 with students
Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet each student’s unique learning needs
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Your impact and responsibilities:
Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to a student’s learning goals and Individualized Education Program (IEP)
Deliver engaging, one-on-one instruction to drive student growth and achievement
Monitor student progress and adjust techniques for optimal outcomes
Maintain thorough documentation and assist in the creation and review of IEPs
Provide support during school activities, collaborating closely with other educators and support staff
