Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Responsible for fostering a fun environmentPerforms scheduled and nonscheduled repair, maintenance and installation of machinery, tools, equipment and/or associated equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation of the propertyPerforms preventive maintenance in conjunction with all building maintenance and/or cleanliness related itemsSubmits requests for expenditures associated with repairs, upkeep, and improvement to the Facilities ManagerDirectly or indirectly supports all exterior grounds activities, including snow removal, grass cutting, landscaping, the parking garage and other exterior area needsSupports all sanitation processes and procedures including rodent and pest controlPerforms painting, structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, wallpaper and treatments, and furnishings of buildingsDirectly or indirectly supports the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and water distribution, including fire suppression and sewerage facilities.Accountable for OSHA compliance at Plainridge Park, will be an active participant of Safety complianceImplements and monitors controls designed to assure full compliance with all federal, state, corporate and property laws, policies and/or mandatesBring Us Your Best.Must be able to interact effectively and positively across departmental linesMust be a team playerOther duties may be assignedMust be a minimum of 18 years of age.High School diploma or equivalent and six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Must possess a valid driver's license for the state in which you reside.
