Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.92 / Hour Job Schedule Tuesdays: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fridays: 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM Saturdays: 07:30 AM - 03:00 PM Sundays: 07:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and security‑related policies at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and/or escalate issues to property management or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, report suspicious behavior, and document daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports. Assist with emergency response activities, tenant assistance, and after‑hours property checks while helping to support order and professionalism across the location. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
