Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents. In this people‑first role, you will support residents and guests with strong communication and customer service while contributing to a reliable, agile, and integrity‑driven team environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.92 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM; Sat 03:30 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, and report relevant details according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe on‑site activity to help deter trespassing, policy violations, and/or other concerning behavior within the location. Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance‑related concerns, and communicate with property management and/or appropriate personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Guard card is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
