Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.92 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 02:45 PMTue11:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri11:00 AM - 04:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun06:30 AM - 02:45 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document guest, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property guidelines. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Support day-to-day property operations by reporting maintenance observations, access issues, and unusual activity, while helping to maintain an orderly and professional environment. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Guard card is required. Minimum of 6 months of security experience. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
