General Overview:
St. Lawrence Health is looking for Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine) to join our team of dedicated providers!
• Candidate Requirements: BC or B|E
• EMR: Epic

Call Coverage Requirement:
• Continuity of care call required.


Office Facility:
• Location: Primary location is Gouverneur Hospital.

Compensation|Benefits:
• Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000
• Signing Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation: $15,000
• Licensing & Dues: $2,000
• CME's: $4,000
• Benefit Time: 240 hours
• Malpractice Insurance: A claims made policy for professional malpractice insurance with coverage of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate shall be provided to the Physician and coupled with tail coverage
