Director/ VP of Strategic Finance

As Shield continues scaling across our portfolio of companies, we are looking for a highly analytical and commercially-minded Strategic Finance leader to help drive financial strategy, operational insights, capital planning, and executive decision support across the platform. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, M&A, and executive strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building sophisticated financial models, evaluating acquisition opportunities, improving operational reporting, and partnering directly with executives on high-impact strategic initiatives. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building in a fast‑moving environment and can balance strategic thinking with detailed execution. Quarterly travel will be expected, as well as periodic in-office presence in the NYC office as business needs require. #J-18808-Ljbffr shieldtp
