Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials, and communicating with hosts regarding guest arrivals. Answer phones, greet incoming guests, receive deliveries, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to site leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner. Support security-related operations at the front desk by maintaining logs, documenting incidents, and assisting with badge, key, and/or access requests in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while helping to deter unauthorized access and escalating issues through proper channels. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
