Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with couples and families to address a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing relational conflicts and enhancing communication.
\n
• Providing individual therapy to family members to support their unique emotional and psychological needs.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, trauma, grief and loss, and domestic conflicts.
\n
• Supporting families through periods of transition like divorce, separation, or the blending of families.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client scenarios.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and state standards.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

While newly licensed candidates are welcome, experience in the following areas is preferred:
