REPORTS TO: Account Executive, Fashion Brands East Coast FLSA: Exempt Overview: The Business Manageris responsiblefordrivingandbuildingretail saleswhile coaching the Product Specialist teams at both counters. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Champion and drive The Customer Experience, holding each PS accountable for all aspects within. Drive retail sales plan byexhibitingaccountability foroverallfunction of theretailerKering BeautéSales Team. Achieve personal sales goals, in part by developing relationships throughout the store to promoteKering Beautébrands and inter-sell. Create/execute action plans based on market calendar for goal obtainment, including executing onpresell oflaunches. Set and manage total counter and individual PS goals.Organize daily objectives/sales goals for each counter tomaintain& grow business, in part by holding each PS accountable to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal goals. Provide direction to Store Manager (SM) and/orProduct Specialist (PS)on the counter. Keep each counter focused on the counter responsibilities and driven to succeed, by in part holdingmonthly morning meetings; Department Wide Meetings, Store Wide Meetings,andOut of Home-base Meetings. Submit weekly/monthly paperwork toRegional SalesDirector(RSD)andDepartment Manager (DM)on time. Partner closely withRegional Sales Director(RSD)and Training Manager to drive all aspects ofthebusiness. Accountable for training and set up, includingattendance of guests at Creedtrainings. Communicate/ escalat all store, counter, product concernstoappropriate parties. Organize each counter to present store and Creed standards to consistently maintain the counters’ standards. Execute onall merchandising guidelines. CORE REQUIREMENTS 5 -7years ofrelevantretail salesexperience,demonstratingprogression in positions that driveretail sales Proficiencyin the retail and fragrance business with an understanding of retail partners and store organization,preferablyfrom the luxury fragrance/skincare industry Experience inandcomfortable with working in asmallteamandstrongmanagement skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent recruiting,trainingand coaching skills,to be used to continually educate and motivate the sales force Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and is technically savvy Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability and willingness to multi-task Physical ability to move about in store, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, and twisting, lifting to 25 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Inc.
