Administrative Associate, Contact Center - Member Services
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
The Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System is seeking an Administrative Associate – Contact Center to provide essential operational support for the Contact Center and agency. The position requires coordinating document handling, assisting members by phone, greeting visitors, and maintaining accurate records within the file management and Oracle systems. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred), strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonwealth of Massachusetts
