Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:
Position Summary
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator , you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees, guests, and visitors within a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function , focused on creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Services

• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors entering the facility.
• Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
• Issue visitor badges and parking passes while following security protocols.
• Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.

Employee & Workplace Support

• Coordinate workplace services, including:
  • Mail services
  • Office supply management
  • Employee onboarding support
• Manage janitorial and maintenance service requests/work orders.

Event Coordination

• Organize and manage on-site events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including:
  • Securing event space
  • Room setup and teardown
  • Ordering and delivering supplies
• Support presentations and communicate effectively with groups of varying sizes.

Vendor & Service Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors providing workplace goods and services.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business-related activities on behalf of employees and stakeholders.

Customer Service

• Respond to employee, visitor, and coworker inquiries.
• Address complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive workplace experience.

Safety & Security

• Follow site-specific security and emergency procedures.
• Notify appropriate personnel during emergencies or safety-related incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and security of all building occupants.

Administrative & Team Support

• Explain detailed information to team members and stakeholders as required.
• Follow manager instructions and established workplace procedures.
• Use defined processes to resolve routine and straightforward issues.
• Perform duties with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Up to 2 years of job-related experience
