Inventory Administrator

Inventory Administrator
Receive incoming purchase orders and transfers into the system
Periodic spot counting of inventory
Order all products
Month-end count coordination. First point of contact for inventory count support for the respective region.
Review over/short reports
Setup and maintain bin locations in the system
Setup and maintain min/maxes in the system
Enter transfers and repacks into the system
Maintain a solid understanding of inventory SOP and communicate observed exceptions to the general manager.
Assist with warehouse layouts and overall organization
Assist with fuel inventory management as needed
Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with inventory
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Ability to adapt and pursue solutions without delay
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
