About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead and manage all commercial functions with a focus on driving new business development and expanding relationships within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales, marketing, SDR, account management, and partnerships, with a specific emphasis on selling into care delivery environments. This role requires an individual with a strong background in healthcare services sales, particularly in the context of technology-enabled solutions that integrate into existing workflows and support clinical teams. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with building and scaling a high-performing, data-driven commercial organization, and must have a proven track record of engaging with C-suite healthcare stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare commercial leadership, with a clear focus on expertise in healthcare services sales. The role demands a leader who can partner with finance on pricing, forecasting, and revenue operations, and who has experience in developing and managing channel and strategic partnerships. A strong analytical mindset and experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, are essential. The ideal candidate will have a BS in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and must be adept at building and leading sales and commercial teams. The Chief Growth Officer will play a critical role in the company's mission to improve access, efficiency, and operational performance in the healthcare industry.
