About the Role
The Company is in search of a remote VP of Revenue to spearhead and expand its national sales operations. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving innovation and sustainable growth, with a focus on refining processes and shaping the future of the company's commercial success. This role requires a dynamic, growth-focused individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in revenue-generating roles. The VP of Revenue will be responsible for leading and scaling multi-layered sales organizations, implementing AI-driven solutions, and ensuring direct P&L responsibility for revenue performance. Applicants for the VP of Revenue position at the company should have a strong background in media, events, sponsorship, conference, or B2B sales, and a history of building and transforming revenue functions. The role demands a leader with expertise in CRM management, forecasting, analytics, and AI-enabled sales tools, as well as the ability to build and implement repeatable sales systems and training programs. Experience in entrepreneurial or founder-led organizations is essential, and a preferred background includes exposure to business transformation or turnaround scenarios. The VP of Revenue will also be expected to represent the company with diverse external stakeholders and must be willing to engage in domestic travel.
