What You'll Actually Do As a Program Supervisor, you'll be the leader who helps keep everything moving forward. You'll: Lead daily operations within a residential program Coach, mentor, and develop Youth Care Workers and Youth Mentors Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism Keep programs organized, structured, and running effectively Support staff growth through coaching and real-time feedback Lead shift meetings, team huddles, and post-incident debriefs Partner closely with clinicians and leadership teams Respond to challenges with confidence and sound judgment Ensure documentation, communication, and expectations stay on track Help youth feel safe, respected, and supported every day You won't manage from a distance. You'll build skills in: Team leadership Crisis management Operations oversight Professional communication Performance coaching Requirements We're looking for someone who brings leadership experience and a passion for helping youth succeed. Required: High School Diploma or GED Age 21 or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background and drug screening requirements Strong communication and leadership abilities Experience working with youth, behavioral health, education, residential services, or related fields Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Previous supervisory or leadership experience Experience leading teams in behavioral health, youth services, education, or residential care settings The Impact You'll Make They remember people.
