Maintenance Lead

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pmAt Lineage, the world's largest temperature-controlled logistics company, you'll take on a critical role as a Lead Technician, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the systems that power our operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll perform advanced maintenance work while guiding and supporting a team of technicians to keep our automated and material handling systems running at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and complex repairs on conveyors, racking, refrigeration systems, electrical distribution, facility infrastructure, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, and aerial lifts.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.Lead by example, supporting and mentoring technicians while ensuring safe, high-quality work.Accurately document and track maintenance activity using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Partner with leadership on resource use, budgets, and continuous improvement projects that enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and company safety standards.Minimum Requirements4+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, production, or processing environment (trade school or technical training may substitute).2+ years of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting (automation experience preferred).Industrial refrigeration experience (ammonia, Freon, CO2) strongly preferred; Refrigeration Operator II or CIRO certification within 6 months of hire ideal.Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and ability to interpret technical diagrams such as P&IDs.Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work in extreme environments (-20°F to 100°F with PPE), lift 50 lbs+, and work varied shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed.Pay Range:$29.13 - $49.13Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
