HR Internship

Our Program Our internship program offers dynamic hands‑on experience working alongside seasoned professionals and assisting members of the team in executing their responsibilities. Responsibilities will include support with various HR functions Recruitment, on‑boarding, training and development, records management, and general administrative HR tasks. Qualifications Applicants to this role should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in HR management, business administration, psychology, communication, or any related field, graduating at the earliest in December 2026 and must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Live your ambitions! In these roles, the expected qualifications are Undergraduate or Graduate program students. Previous HR Internship preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, proactive and high level of intellectual curiosity. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Capacity to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of the team. Team player with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgement. Be able to commit to full‑time work from June to August. This is on‑site role and you must be able to commute to NYC office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
