Litigation Paralegal - Downtown

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a premier defense litigation firm located in downtown San Diego. The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, along with prior billing experience, and hands‑on experience with medical records and drafting subpoenas. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work schedule. Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Obtain and track medical records through authorizations and subpoenas; follow up with providers and maintain organized case data. Prepare medical record summaries, treatment chronologies, and other case‑critical analyses. Support discovery and depositions by summarizing transcripts, organizing key documents, and managing follow-up tasks. Conduct Public Records Requests and background research to support case development. Review and manage document productions from opposing parties and co‑defendants.
