Patient Services Specialist
Pay Rate Range: $18-$21/hour Temp to Perm: temp only Length of Assignment: 90 days Work Location: Fort Worth, TX (76104) & Grapevine, TX (76051)
Work Schedule: Mon & Wed in Fort Worth and Tue, Thu, Fri in Grapevine - 8a-430p Interview Type: 2 rounds of interview Certification/Degree Requirements: valid driver license Top Skills: Front desk exp in healthcare, multispeciality exp plus, bilingual (spanish) plus, epic exp plus, insurance verification exp Additional Notes candidate will be floating to two facilities
Job Summary
The Patient Services Specialist 1, with direct oversight, provides administrative support in a physician office, clinic or other operational area that assists patients, to ensure high quality, patient-centered care. Duties include patient relations, check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and answering phones.
