Pre-Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles, CA 909 N Pacific Coast Hwy, El Segundo, CA 90245 Total Compensation Package Base pay starts at $150,000 DOE. Bonuses paid monthly. Total compensation depends on the attorney’s ambition to build, grow, and deliver results for clients. The position includes a dedicated pre‑litigation team assisting with cases such as intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and staff specialized in documenting the closure of settled cases. This role involves actively managing numerous cases and team members. You will have the opportunity to work with and develop yourself and your team for the benefit of clients. Qualifications Over 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years specifically related to personal injury cases, whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, at a law firm or insurance company. Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Strong organization and attention to detail. Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers or paralegals over the phone and in person. Easy‑going and passionate about helping people.
