What You’ll Do Provide Skilled SLP Care: Perform comprehensive in-home evaluations for geriatric patients with cognitive, dysphagia, aphasia, or dysarthria. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute effective strategies to improve communication, cognitive‑linguistic skills, and swallowing function over multiple visits. Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct home visits at times that work for you and your patients. What You’ll Need Valid California Speech‑Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required for home health. CPR or BLS certification Driver’s license and auto insurance Physical + TB test (within the last year) Professional liability and business license (if applicable) Where You’ll Be Working We're looking for a clinician to cover South Bay San Diego, which includes Chula Vista, National City, and Imperial Beach. This is a diverse area with a moderate, community‑focused pace. You'll be working in a region known for its authentic Mexican food and proximity to the border.
