Open to remote inAR, LA, TX, OK, MO, TN, GA, and FL. The Client Success Specialist is the connective tissue between our clients, designers, and developers. This role owns the successful delivery and growth of multiple client engagements at the sametimewhich requires balancing relationships, budgets, timelines, and people. You are not a traditional project manager, and you are not a salesperson.You are atrusted partnerto clients and asteady leaderinternally, someone who knows when to push, when to pause, and how to move work forward without unnecessary friction. WhatYou’llDo Client Leadership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Run client calls, planning sessions, and product update demos Build trust through clarity, follow-through, and thoughtful guidance Communicate with Clients through email, virtual meetings, and in person (ifrequired) Identifyopportunities to add value, expand scope, or shape future phases of work Delivery & Coordination Coordinate work across design, development, and strategy teams Manage timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple active projects Remove blockers by asking the right questions and bringing in the right people at the right time Ensure work stays aligned with client goals, not just task completion Design & Technology Guidance Use your working background in design and software development to translate client needs intoclear, actionable direction for designers and developers. Providehigh-level guidance on design and technology decisions (without needing to be hands-on) Ensure solutionsremainpractical, scalable, and aligned with project constraints Team Leadership & Mentorship Motivate and support developers to hit deadlines andmaintainquality Mentor team members on client communication and relationship awareness Help teams understand thewhybehind the work, not just the tasks Required Qualifications 3–5 years of project management, agency, and/or relevant experience. Experience managing software development projects and coordinating work across designers, developers, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong ability to track, document, and report on project status. Confident running meetings, leading discussions, and demoing progress. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. Strong judgment around resourcing, knowing when to shift people and when stability matters more. Ability to sense when a client need is “Phase 1” vs. something better positioned for a future phase. Natural relationship-builder who enjoys helping clients succeed. Ability to motivate without micromanaging. Empathy for both clients and technical teams. Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping others find clarity. Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience gathering, documenting, and managing project requirements. Experience using project and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Wrike, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing software development projects with a strong systems integration focus. Understanding of APIs, middleware, and system-to-system integrations. Familiarity with data schemas, data mapping, and data transformation concepts. Experience creating or working from Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and similar technical documentation. Daily use of Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable SDLC management tools. PMP certification. Background working with custom software development teams, digital agencies, or technology consulting firms. Technical or design background that enables effective collaboration with developers and designers.
